Little Pretzels is for kids ages 4-8. We offer this class Saturdays at our Elmwood location as a 60 minute class that coincides with the adult PYB60 class so you and your kids can practice at the same time! See our class descriptions page for more details!

Tuesdays at our Elmwood location.
Kids Power Flow is for 9-12 year olds. This class is designed to give kids the same benefits of yoga we experience as adults(without the heat). Feel free to drop them off or sign yourself up for the adult class at the same time. Visit our class descriptions page for more details!

What do kids need for class?
Just a mat and water. No other food or toys are needed/permitted. If you child has specific needs please reach out to us at pybkids@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

Does my child need their own account?
Yes!
Here is how to set up an account for them linked to yours:
Instructions for creating your child’s account:
The account creation is easiest to do from the web version of our booking site, (not the app) : log in to your account here
Log into to your own account first > click My Profile
Below the blue bar you’ll see a button to add a family member. You can proceed through those steps and sign the waiver.
To purchase the pass under your child’s account or to schedule their class, go back to My Profile and then select their name. It will switch the account so any actions taken are under their name. That part works the same on the app as well.

Do I have to stay while they take class?
Yes! We require that a parent is in our building at all times during the class. We purposely pair these classes alongside the adult classes so you can take class and be available if needed.
