Come as you are.

New to PYB

Can't wait to meet you.

Our classes are taught in a 90 degree room, so you’ll definitely break a sweat. You’ll flow, work hard, and leave feeling rinsed and renewed. You are welcome no matter your skill level. You don’t need to be “strong” or flexible, to start. You just need to start!

Class etiquette.

No cell phones in the room.

If you have a special circumstance and need to bring it in we ask that your phone is 100% on silent and you are not picking it up inside the yoga room for any reason. You are completely free to leave the room if needed, but we do our best to keep that space free of distractions.

If you’re running late for class, it’s OK!

We’re all human and things happen. Please do your best to come into the room quietly and find an open spot. Please note: our Elmwood and Southtowns locations both lock the doors when class starts, so if possible, text a friend to let them know you’re coming late, and they can inform the instructor.

If you need to leave early, just do so quietly.

Savasana truly is the best part, and we never want you to miss that, but we understand there may be a time when you need to leave early. That’s fine! Please leave quietly, before Savasana so you don’t disturb others during that final rest.

We're a little handsy.

Hands-on assisting is part of what we do at PYB, to empower you and ensure your safety. Sometimes you will take a class with a designated assistant and other times you may receive hands-on assists from the teacher. You can always tell your teacher privately if you are uncomfortable with hands-on assists and your teacher will let the assistant know. Your comfort in the room is the our main priority, so please do not hesitate to ask for what you need.
