  • 1hr Cancellation & No Show

We ask for a one-hour cancellation.

Failure to cancel within the window or a no-show will result in a loss of the pass for the day on drop ins, 5, 10 and 20 passes and a $10 fee on Week, 2 Week, 1 Month, Monthly Auto Renew and Annual Passes.

Lost Items

  • PYB's Responsibility

Power Yoga Buffalo is not responsible for lost or stolen items. It is up to you to keep your belongings safe.

We recommend that you do not bring any valuables with you to the studio and if you do, you might leave them locked/hidden in your car.

  • Lost and Found

Lost and found items can be located on the shelf by the shoe racks at our Snyder location or to the left of the desk, in the closet, at Elmwood.  Lost and found items will periodically be donated to GoodWill.  An email and social media post will be sent out one week prior to any clean outs.

Studio Etiquette

  • Arrival

Doors open 15-20min before class, if you arrive prior to that we ask that you wait in your car to prevent filling the waiting area.

At both locations we lock the doors promptly at class start time.  Be mindful to give yourself enough time for parking and getting into the studio as the doors do not re-open once class has started.

At our Snyder location, shoes are to be left on the racks prior to entering the main door.  At our Elmwood location, shoes are to be left on the racks next to the desk prior to heading up the stairs.

  • Cell Phones

We strongly encourage you to leave your cell phones outside of the actual studio space during class.  This gives you time to relax and recharge without your phone and also ensures the rest of the class is not disrupted.

We do understand that there are extenuating circumstances where you would need to keep your phone with you.  If this is the case, we do ask that it is on silent and you are not using it in the room.

  • Sharing Space

Please be mindful that we do fill the studio spaces at both locations fully. There will always be plenty of space for each person, but you may need to move your mat to accommodate other students.  We appreciate your cooperation in this so that every student may find a place to practice.
