40 Days to Personal Revolution is more than just a commitment to 40 days of yoga practice. It is an opportunity to use movement, meditation & mindfulness as tools for big breakthroughs both on and off your mat. 40 Days to Personal Revolution is an opportunity to stand fully in your power to choose & create the life you want.

Below we hope to answer any questions about what this program offers, cost & how to register!

What does it look like to participate?

Daily yoga practice at home or in studio

Daily meditation practice guided by the book, recordings, etc.

Daily mindful nutrition practices guided by the book and at Sunday meetings

Daily/Weekly inquiry and journaling

Weekly Sunday meetings at Main St., 8am-9am(highly encouraged)

Weekly support on the Facebook group if you decide to join

You're worth the investment

For our in person 40 Days we always offer two packages based on your current PYB membership/pass.

For 5, 10, 20 Pass Students: This package is typically $199. This fall we are offering it for $149!

This pass is for those who don’t currently have an Annual or $89 Auto Renew pass. It give you access to unlimited yoga in studio for the duration of 40 Days as well as access to Livestream classes and the Livestream Archive, as well as the Sunday meetings and the practice log/journal.

For Monthly Auto Renew and Annual Students:

This package is typically $99. This fall we are offering it for $49!

This pass is for those who DO currently have an Annual or $89 Auto Renew pass. Your current Monthly Auto Renew or Annual pass already gives you access to unlimited yoga in studio. Your 40 Days pass is what will give you the additional access to Livestream classes and the Livestream Archive, as well as the Sunday meetings and the practice log/journal.

Books are sold separately. You can purchase at the studio for $20 + tax or buy wherever you like to buy books!

  • What does the program cost?

    Our In Person 40 Days program is typically $199. This fall we are running the program for $149! If you currently have a Month Unlimited Auto Renew pass or Annual your unlimited yoga is already covered so your 40 Days pass is typically $99. This time it is only $49.

    Your pass gets you access to all of the following:

    1. In Studio classes + Livestream AND Livestream Archive classes.

    2. The exclusive 40 Days Archive for participants only, including pre-recorded yoga, meditation and other fun exclusive content specifically tailored to the 40 Days program.

    3. Sunday Meetings IN PERSON for 40 Days members only

    4. 40 Days Facebook community!

  • How do I register?

    You will register by clicking the link towards the top of this page!

    NOTE: The package does not begin until September 26th. It will activate on September 26th and your last day for use will be November 4th(day 40).

  • What if I have an Annual Pass or a Month Unlimited pass currently?

    If you currently have a Month Unlimited, Monthly Auto Renew or Annual pass, please purchase the 40 Days pass for $49. Your regular pass will renew as scheduled and the $49 40 Days pass is what will give you additional access to the meetings and livestream options.

  • What if I currently have a 5,10 or 20 pass?

    Purchase the 40 Days Pass. Your other class package will be set aside until after 40 Days. If you notice that when you register for classes it appears to be taking from your regular pass and not your 40 Days Pass please email us at pyb40days@gmail.com and we will correct that for you at the end of the program!

  • Does September 26th Count as the First Day of 40 Days?

    Yes!  September 26th is day 1 so you can either plan to practice that day before or after your meeting or use it as your rest day for the week.

  • How often will I need to practice?

    Your goal is 6 days of yoga and 1 day of rest each week. Any combo or In Studio, Livestream, Archived or even self led practices will do!

  • How often will I meditate?

    Your goal is daily meditation. Don’t panic! We will be offering you support and guidance on building and sustaining a meditation practice. There will be guidance in your 40 Days book as well as at your Sunday meetings.

    You will find pre-recorded meditations in your 40 Days Archive and we will discuss and practice meditation at Sunday meetings.

  • Sunday Meetings: What & When?

    There will be 6 Sunday meetings IN PERSON at PYB MAIN ST. from 8am-9am.

    These meetings are a KEY element of the program. This is where we pull all the learnings of the week together, answer any questions you might have, and discuss any challenges so you can move through them rather than getting stuck or giving up.

    Your attendance at the meetings makes a huge difference in what you get from the program. We encourage you to commit to attending all 6. That said, we know life happens and you may have to miss. We still want you to do the program! On day one we will share ways to keep yourself up to date on meeting content and weekly inspiration/ accountability.

  • Do I need to buy the book?

    YES! The book is your roadmap for the program. You will need your own copy.

    We do sell the book at both locations. It is $20 + tax. If you already have the book you don’t need to buy it again. You may also purchase the book wherever you like to buy your books 🙂

  • Can I take classes at any location?

    Yep! If you are practicing in the studio, we encourage you to take your in studio classes wherever it’s most convenient for you. Your pass will work at both studios as well as online for Livestream and Livestream Archive.

  • What if I want to quit?

    We get it. We have all done this program and we know how it feels to be in it. Please do not hesitate to talk to your facilitators or any of the teachers at the studio or on Livestream during the program if you are feeling like you want to quit. We aren’t here to talk you into anything. We are here to offer perspective and support!

  • Do I need a journal?

    For the Digital 40 Days program we ask that you have your own journal!

  • Do Sunday meetings count as a practice?

    Good try, but they do not 😉

  • What do I bring to Sunday meetings?

    For Sunday morning meetings you can bring your 40 Days book and your journal/notebook.

  • In Studio Policies During COVID-19

    Please see our website homepage for the most updated registration, cancellation and waitlist policies in the studio.

    NOTE: At this time we lock the door at the beginning of class. Unfortunately for right now, late arrivals to in studio classes may result in missing the class.

  • How do I access the Livestream Archive?

    The Livestream Archive has pre-recorded classes and special 40 Days content. Here’s how to access the Archive:

    1. 1. Sign into this link: https://www.wellnessliving.com/login/poweryoga_buffalo

    2. Log in from a computer or web browser on your phone/iPad using your Wellness Living email and password NOTE: Our platform works the best on Google Chrome. The Archive does not work from the Wellness Living app!

    3. At the top right corner of your screen you will see an icon that says “Watch Video” or 3 lines that you click for a drop down where you’ll see the option “Watch Video.”

    4. Click that and you’ll be in the archive!

    5. 40 Days specific videos will be labeled as 40 Days content in the Archive.

  • Will Sunday Meetings be available on Zoom?

    Sunday meetings are IN PERSON only and to protect everyone’s privacy, they will not be recorded.

  • How do I register?
