Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga is an excellent tool to calm the mind, strengthen the body, and quiet the fears of labor, delivery and motherhood.
In this 4 week series
you’ll learn how to safely navigate a Baptiste Yoga Class in your constantly changing body. Each week we will:- Break down different sections of the Baptiste Journey Into Power Sequence and learn modifications for each trimester.
– Hold an asana practice in a NON-HEATED studio.
– Create a community of like-minded mamas through discussion and sharing.
– Practice meditation and relaxation techniques that will help you sleep and prepare you for labor + delivery!
