Prenatal/Postnatal yoga CLASSES

Prenatal/Postnatal yoga is an excellent tool to calm the mind and quiet the fears of labor, delivery, and motherhood. In this class you’ll learn how to safely navigate a yoga practice in your constantly changing body. You’ll learn techniques for easing discomforts as well as asana modifications to feel comfortable entering any yoga class. You’ll also spend time connecting and sharing with other moms in a supportive setting. All levels are welcome! Prenatal moms will be given modifications for each trimester. Postnatal moms will learn how to regain their core strength safely. Postnatal students are also encouraged to wear baby in a carrier or wrap, or join in the class with baby on your mat!
Classes offered twice/week
Monday evenings at 7:00 pm
Saturday Afternoons at 2:00 pm
Regular pricing/class packages can be used.
