New to Yoga?
This program exists to deepen your understanding of alignment and balanced action in your physical practice. We will look at common misunderstandings, misalignments, and default movement patterns in your poses to give you access to power and full expression in your body and your movements.
Through this work, you will create the possibility of full expression and transformation on and off your mat!
