Don’t be scared, this is for EVERYONE! Wanting to try Power Yoga and don’t know where to start? Maybe you’ve been practicing for a little while but want to learn more about the basics of the practice?
Our New to Yoga series is designed to breakdown the fundamentals of your yoga practice and deepen your understanding of alignment and balanced action in your body. We will look at common misunderstandings, misalignments, and default movement patterns in order to give you access to power and freedom in your practice.
Through this work, you will create the possibility of full expression and transformation on and off your mat!
