This class is designed to ramp up your knowledge of the poses of power yoga so you can feel comfortable taking a power yoga class.
Like most men Steve used excuses like “I can’t touch my toes or sit cross legged” to avoid trying yoga because he thought it wasn’t for him. Steve is a former division one athlete, triathlete, marathoner, Spartan/Tough Mudder Racer and fitness enthusiast. Steve turned to yoga after years of injuries to help heal his body.
Date: Sunday, April 29th
Attire: Any men’s athletic gear you would play sports or workout in. What you need: Water bottle, hand towel, and mat (mat + full towel rental available for $5).
