Back bends are the physical peak of our Baptiste practice. What’s available is the igniting of energy, tapping into your strength, flexibility and core power, opening of your heart and an exhilarating finish to your practice! Whether you are a beginner or experienced student there is more available to you in back bending!

Our backbends session will include:

  • asana practice warm up
    basic anatomical principles of backbends
    review of each backbend in our Baptiste series
    explore dropping back from standing
    team of PYB teachers to assist you
